Chairman of the Board : Raymond Chin
Raymond Chin has been the chairman and a member of our board of directors since July 1994. Mr.Chin served as our chief executive officer from July 1996 until August 2003. From January 1995 to June 1996, Mr Chin served as a general partner of Alpine Technology Ventures a venture capital firm. From January 1990 to January 1995, Mr Chin served as a general partner of MK Global Ventures. From June 1984 to April 1990,Mr.Chin held various positions at Ameritech Development Corporation. In addition, Mr.Chin was a member of the board of directors of PROXIM Inc., the wireless local area networking industry pioneer , from April 1991 to March 2002, serving as Chairman of the Board from September 1991 until January 1996. Mr.Chin holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D.in electrical engineering from the University of IIIinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Director: Victor Wang
Victor Wang has served as our chief executive officer since August 2003 and as our president from July 2001 to July 2003. Mr.Wang has served as a member of our board of directors since March 1994. Mr.Wang as our chief operating officer from July 1994 to June 2001. Prior to co-founding Mtone Wireless Corporation, Mr.Wang held various positions at Pacific Bell,Cellular Data, Inc. and Interval Research Corporation. Mr. Wang holds a B.S. and M.S. in radio elctronics from the University of Science and Technology of China and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.


Director: Michael Kaufman
Michael Kaufman has served as a member of our board of directors since July 1994. Mr. Kaufman was the president of MK Global Management Corp. ,a venture capital services company, a position he held from 1987 to 2001. Mr. Kaufman also served as managing general partner of the MKI, MKII and MKGVD Funds.. From June 1981 to June 1986,Mr. Kaufman served as a general partner of Oak Investment Partners. From April 1980 to June 1981, Mr. Kaufman served as president of Centronics, an NYSE listed company. Previously, Mr. Kaufman spent 13 years with Xerox Corporation serving in several financial positions and had responsibility for worldwide financial planning and analysis. He holds a B. A. in mechanial engineering and a M. S. in industrial management and finance from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.


Director : Soo Boon Koh
Soo Boon Koh has served as a member of our board of directors since August 2003. She is the founder and managing partner of iGlobe Partners, a venture capital company, a position she has held since October 1999.From October 1987 to June 1999, Ms. Koh served in several positions, including senior vice president and deputy general manager, with Vertex Management Pte. ,Ltd, the venture capital from of Singapore Technologies. Previously, Ms. Koh held various senior management positions with DBS Bank of Singapore. Ms. Koh served the board of directors of several private companies and on the board of directors of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation. Ms. Koh is founding a board member of Monte Jade (Singapore Chapter ),a global overseas Chinese entrepreneur network. Ms. Koh holds a B.S. in mathematics(first class honors)from King's College, University of London and attended the INSEAD Advanced Management program in 1998.


Director: Wong Chi-Chiu, Albert
Mr. Wong has served as a member of our board of directors since December 2004. Mr. Wong is currently the Managing Director of New World Telecommunications Limited and a Director of New World Telephone Holdings Limited. Mr. Wong joined the New World TMT Board as Executive Director in January 2003 and was appointed CEO in March 2004. . Mr. Wong is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineer (IEE) UK, and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE).


Director: Seungjin Whang

Seungjin Whang has served as a member of our board of directors since January 1994. Mr. Whang is currently a professor at the Graduate School of Business of Stanford University, where he has worked since September 1987. Mr. Whang also serves on the board of advisors of three privately held companies.He holds a B.S. in engineering form Seoul University, and a Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Rochester.


Director: Andrew Yan
Andrew Yan has served as a member of our board of directors since January 2000. Since October 2001, Mr. Yan has served as executive managing director of the Softbank Asian Infrastructure Fund. From January 1995 to October 2001, Mr. Yan served as managing director of the AIG Aisan Infrastructure Fund. Mr. Yan serves on the board of directors of China Offshore Oil Service Corp.,Stone Electronices,Inc. and China Eastcom Corp. Mr. Yan holds a B.S. in aerospace engineering from the Nanjing Aeronartic Institute, an M.A. in sociology from Beijing University and a M.A. in international political economy from Princeton University.

Director: Ronnie Ng

Mr. Ronnie Ng, Yuk Keung is currently Director of Business Development and Project Management of New World TMT Limited. Mr. Ng joined New World Telecommunications in 1996 and immediately preceding that he assumed the capacity of an investment banker where he was Vice President of Chemical / Chase Manhattan Bank (Special Industry group – Telecom and Media). Prior to that Mr. Ng worked for a number of major telecommunications companies including Cable & Wireless HongKong Telecom and Motorola. Mr. Ng has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry and his experience and proven track record mainly relates to Sales and Marketing, Business and Service development and strategic partnership development.

Mr. Ng holds a BA degree (Accounting) from the University of Washington (U.S.) and a MBA degree from the University of Hull (UK).
